Bd898 Terms & Conditions — Please read these terms before using the platform

Bd898 (referred to here as the "Platform") is an online gaming and betting service operated through the bd898.xyz website and its associated mobile applications. These Terms and Conditions apply to all bd898 services.

By using the bd898 website or app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using bd898.

Bd898 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be treated as acceptance of the updated terms. For significant changes, bd898 will generally send a notification to your registered email address.

To open an account at bd898, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old — bd898 may request your National ID or other documents to verify your age at any time.
• Each individual may operate only one account — multiple accounts on the same device, IP address, or payment method are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate and genuine information at the time of registration. Providing incorrect or false details constitutes a breach of these terms.
• Your login credentials (username and password) must not be shared with anyone — the account holder is fully responsible for all activity on the account.

Bd898 reserves the right to temporarily suspend any account without prior notice if suspicious activity is detected. The account will be reinstated once the verification process is complete.

Payment rules at bd898 are as follows:

• Deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment account in the same name and ownership. Third-party payments are not accepted.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum single withdrawal limit will be communicated separately.
• In certain cases, bd898 may require KYC verification before processing a withdrawal — this may include a copy of your national ID and a bKash/Nagad statement.
• In cases of suspected money laundering or suspicious financial activity, bd898 reserves the right to freeze the relevant transactions and notify the appropriate authorities.

Bd898 offers a range of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms. Here's what you need to keep in mind:

• Welcome Bonus: Wagering requirements for the first deposit bonus are typically 10x to 15x. The requirements must be met within 30 days of claiming the bonus.
• Reload Bonus: Bonuses available on subsequent deposits may apply only on specific days or through specific payment methods. Each bonus carries its own validity period and conditions.
• Cashback: A minimum betting amount is required to qualify for weekly or monthly cashback offers. Cashback funds generally carry no wagering requirements.
• Free Spins / Free Bet: These are valid for use on specific games or events. Winnings may be credited to the bonus wallet rather than the main wallet.

Bd898 believes bonus terms should be transparent. That's why every bonus offer includes a "Terms Apply" link with full details — read it before claiming.

Bonus abuse — such as claiming bonuses across multiple accounts from the same IP address, or attempting to meet wagering requirements through risk-free betting — will be treated as a breach of these terms, and any associated bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

Keep the following rules in mind when placing Sports Betting at bd898:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled — so make sure the odds and stake are correct before placing your bet.
• If a match is abandoned or cancelled, stakes will be refunded. For partial or incomplete matches, bd898's own rules will apply.
• Bd898 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly incorrect odds, such as those resulting from a system error.
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information will result in permanent account closure.
• In a parlay or multi-bet, if one selection is voided, it is settled at odds of 1.0 and the remaining selections stand.

Cash out is available for live betting in bd898's match odds section. The cash out value depends on current market conditions — the value offered by bd898 at that moment is final.

Bd898's gaming section offers casino games, lottery, fishing games, and various table games. The following rules apply to all games:

• Bd898's server logs are final in determining game outcomes. If your connection drops or your device shuts down, the result of any active game will be determined by the server log.
• Any winnings resulting from a software glitch or bug are not valid. If an error is identified, bd898 may void the result of the affected round.
• Using automated bots or third-party software to play games is strictly prohibited.
• No lottery tickets will be accepted after the designated sales cut-off time.

Each game has a "Game Info" or "How to Play" option inside — check it for specific rules. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage is also listed there.

Bd898 believes gaming is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. That's why responsible gaming is a top priority on our platform.

• Bd898 provides deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion tools. You have every right to use them.
• Under no circumstances may anyone under the age of 18 use bd898. Please ensure minors in your household do not have access to your device.
• If bd898 detects signs of a gambling problem, we may proactively reach out to you and offer support.

Game logs and server records are considered final evidence in all bd898 decisions. Including your account ID and relevant transaction or game details when submitting a complaint will help speed up the resolution.

When drafting these Terms & Conditions, bd898 always aims to use clear, straightforward language. Many gaming sites write policies in language so complex that ordinary users can't understand them — that's not something we want to do. bd898 wants every player to be able to make informed decisions.

If any part of these Terms is unclear, don't guess — contact support directly. bd898's support team is ready and able to explain everything in detail.

Bd898 enforces its Terms & Conditions firmly but fairly. Follow the rules and you'll have no issues. However, if anyone attempts to exploit the system, we will take the necessary action — this is essential to protect our honest players.

A reminder when using bd898: gaming is for entertainment, not as a source of income. Play within your budget and always put your own and your family's well-being first.
